The promise
If you subscribe and decide DOL Matrix does not belong on your chart, tell us within seven days of the purchase date and we refund the full amount. You do not have to give a reason and you will not be asked for one.
There is no retention script, no discount offered to make you stay, and no form with a required reason field. One message is enough.
How to request one
Use the contact form and pick Refund, or email us from the address you used at checkout. Including the order reference from your receipt makes it faster, but we will find it either way.
We acknowledge refund requests within one working day and process them immediately. The money returns to the original payment method — we cannot send it anywhere else, which is a restriction imposed by the payment processor rather than by us.
Once processed, funds typically appear within five working days. The exact timing is set by your bank.
What happens to your access
Access is revoked when the refund is issued. That is the only condition attached, and it applies from the moment the refund is processed rather than retroactively.
You keep any notes, screenshots or settings you saved, and there is nothing to uninstall. If you subscribe again later you rejoin at whatever rate is current then; a refunded subscription does not preserve a founder rate.
Cancelling without a refund
Cancelling and refunding are different things, and most people want the first. Cancel at any time from your account page: it stops the next renewal and nothing else.
Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut you off early, and we do not pro-rate the part you have used — a month cancelled on day two still runs to day thirty.
You can resubscribe later. If you cancel a founder subscription, the founder rate goes with it.
Renewals
The seven-day window applies to your first purchase. A renewal falls outside it, because by then you have used the product for a full period and know what it is.
We send a reminder by email before each renewal so a charge is never a surprise. If a renewal charges you after you believed you had cancelled, tell us and we refund it — that is a mistake on our side, not a policy question.
Your right of withdrawal under EU law
EU consumers normally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, a seller is allowed to ask the consumer to expressly consent to the supply starting at once and to acknowledge losing that right — which is what the checkbox at checkout is for.
The seven-day policy above is our own commercial promise and is deliberately simpler than the statutory route: one message, no form, no reason.
So if you are an EU or UK consumer and you did not give that express consent at checkout, the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal still applies to you and you may use it instead of the policy above. Where your mandatory rights give you more than this policy does — including where a digital service is faulty or not as described — they apply, and we will not argue the point.
When a refund is declined
There is one situation in which we decline: where we have established that access was shared, resold or otherwise made available to someone other than the subscriber, in breach of the acceptable use section of the terms.
In that case access is revoked without a refund, and we tell you plainly what we found. This is not a discretionary judgement about whether you used the product enough, and it has nothing to do with whether you were profitable.
Requests made after the seven-day window fall outside this policy. We will still read them, and where something has genuinely gone wrong on our side we put it right.
We do not decline a refund because the indicator did not make you money. It is not sold on that basis and we make no claim that it will.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. A refund requested directly settles in days rather than weeks.
A chargeback raised without contacting us first results in access being suspended while the claim is investigated, because we are required to respond to it formally. We would much rather just refund you.
