Read this first
These terms are a binding agreement between you and AvestAlgo. By creating an account, subscribing, or using DOL Matrix in any way, you confirm that you have read and understood them, that you agree to be bound by them, and that you are legally able to enter into a contract. If you do not agree, do not subscribe and do not use the service.
The privacy policy, the refund and cancellation policy and the risk disclaimer form part of this agreement and are incorporated by reference. Read those too — the risk disclaimer in particular, because it is the one that matters most.
They are written in plain English on purpose. Where a plain sentence and a legal formula would mean the same thing, we have used the sentence.
What we sell
One product: DOL Matrix, an invite-only indicator that runs on TradingView. There is no tiered edition, no separate professional version and no second product behind this one — everyone on a subscription has exactly the same thing.
Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, and the price depends only on when you arrived. The first hundred subscribers pay a founder rate that holds for as long as their subscription stays continuously active; after that the standard rate applies. Nothing about the product differs between the two.
We do not sell lifetime access. A perpetual licence to software that depends on a third-party platform we do not control is a promise we are not in a position to keep.
We may add products later. If we do, these terms will apply to them unless we publish separate ones.
Who we are, and what these terms cover
These terms are the agreement between you and AvestAlgo for a subscription to DOL Matrix. The registered details of the business are at the end of this page. Subscribing means you accept them; if you do not, do not subscribe.
They apply alongside TradingView's own terms. DOL Matrix runs on TradingView's platform, which is operated by a company we have no control over, and your use of that platform is governed by their agreement with you rather than by this one.
What you are buying
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use DOL Matrix on the TradingView account whose username you give us, for as long as your subscription is active and paid.
Access is granted to a TradingView username, not to a device, a seat count, or a person. If you change your username, tell us and we will move it.
Included for the life of the subscription: every update we release to the indicator, the documentation, and support by email. Nothing is withheld for a higher tier, because there is no higher tier.
You are not buying the software itself, a copy of the source, or any right in it. Pine Script published as invite-only is readable by nobody but its author, and that is deliberate.
What it is not
DOL Matrix is a chart annotation tool. It marks structure on a price chart: a dealing range, its midpoint, a level the move appears to be working toward, a level that would invalidate that reading, and zones inside the range. That is the whole of it.
It is not financial advice, not investment advice, not a recommendation, not a signal service, and not a managed service. It does not place, size, or close trades, and it does not know anything about you, your circumstances or your risk tolerance.
We are not registered as financial advisers in any jurisdiction and hold no qualification to give financial advice. Nothing on this site, in the documentation, in any update note or in any message from us is financial advice, and none of it should be relied on as such.
Every decision you take with the tool on your screen is yours. Trading carries risk of loss, including the loss of everything you put in, and past behaviour of a market is not a guide to its future behaviour.
No promise of performance
We make no claim, express or implied, that using DOL Matrix will be profitable, will improve your results, or will produce any particular outcome. We publish no win rate, no backtest and no track record, because any such figure describes the past on chosen data and predicts nothing.
Where the indicator prints a number about its own readings, that number describes what has happened on your chart in the period measured. It is a description, not a forecast, and it is frequently unflattering.
If you find a claim anywhere in our material that reads as a promise of results, treat it as an error and tell us, because we did not intend to make one.
Acceptable use
One subscription is for one person. You may use it on as many charts and markets as you like, on any device you sign in to yourself.
You must not:
- Share, lend, sell or sublicense your access, or let anyone else use the TradingView account it is attached to.
- Resell, redistribute or repackage the indicator, or offer it as part of a group, mentorship, signal room or course.
- Attempt to extract, decompile or reconstruct the source, or build a tool by observing its behaviour in order to reproduce it.
- Publish the indicator's output in a way that lets someone who is not subscribed use it in place of subscribing.
- Use the access, or our name, to imply we endorse you, your results or anything you sell.
Sharing is the one thing that gets access revoked without a refund. Where we establish it, we will tell you plainly what we found. Where something looks accidental and minor, we will normally ask you to put it right first.
You may of course post a screenshot of your own chart, discuss what you see, or mention that you use it. That is not sharing.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, chosen at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where it applies.
Payment is taken by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut access off early and we do not pro-rate a part-used period.
If a renewal fails, access continues for a short grace period while the payment is retried. If it cannot be taken, access ends.
The founder rate holds for as long as the subscription stays continuously active. Cancel and return later and you rejoin at whatever rate is current then.
Refunds are covered by a separate policy, which forms part of these terms.
Discounts and promotional codes
Where we issue a discount code it applies to the first billing period of a new subscription only, unless the offer says otherwise in writing. A code used on a monthly plan reduces the first month; on a yearly plan it reduces the first year. Renewals are at the standard rate for your tier.
One code per subscription. Codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied after a purchase has completed, or used on an existing subscription.
A code has no cash value, may be withdrawn at any time before it is used, and expires on the date stated. If a code is published by mistake, or obtained by a means it was not intended for, we may decline it — and where that happens after payment we will refund rather than charge you the difference.
A discounted first period does not create a founder rate and does not preserve one.
Availability, and changes to the indicator
We will keep DOL Matrix working on TradingView and will fix what breaks, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. TradingView can change its platform, its Pine Script runtime or its invite-only mechanism at any time, and we would have to follow.
We may change how the indicator behaves as the work develops — that is what the updates are. We will not remove a layer you are paying for without saying so.
If we ever discontinue the product entirely, we will give notice and refund the unused part of any period already paid for.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you do.
You must give an email address you can actually receive mail at. Access instructions, renewal reminders and refund confirmations all go there.
We may suspend an account where we have a reasonable belief it is being used in breach of these terms, or where suspension is needed to protect the service or other subscribers.
Who may subscribe
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in the country you live in. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18, and an account we find to belong to a minor is closed and refunded in full.
You must be subscribing for yourself. A subscription bought for a company, a trading group or a room of people is a breach of the acceptable use section, however it is paid for.
You must not be resident in, or subscribing from, a country subject to comprehensive EU or UN sanctions, and you must not be a person subject to such sanctions. If we find that to be the case we will close the account and refund what is refundable.
It is your responsibility to know whether a tool of this kind may lawfully be used where you live. Some jurisdictions regulate trading software, and we make no claim that DOL Matrix is suitable or permitted in any particular one.
Intellectual property
DOL Matrix, this website, the documentation, the wording, the artwork and the underlying source are owned by AvestAlgo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.
AvestAlgo, DOL Matrix, the logo and the wordmark are our marks. You may say that you use the product. You may not use the marks as your own, in a product name, in a domain, or in a way that suggests we are associated with or endorse whatever you are doing.
The chart annotations the indicator draws on your chart are yours to screenshot, publish and discuss. That is what it is for.
If you send us an idea, a bug report or a suggestion, you give us a free, unlimited right to act on it. We are not obliged to use it, to credit you, or to pay for it — but we will usually thank you, and often do credit people in the update notes.
Things you promise not to do
Beyond the acceptable use section above, you agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully, or to do anything unlawful.
- Interfere with the site or the infrastructure behind it, or try to gain access to a part of it that is not yours.
- Scrape, crawl or harvest the site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
- Circumvent, disable or test any security or access control, including the mechanism that grants invite-only access.
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to us.
- Upload anything malicious, or anything designed to disrupt the service for other subscribers.
Support, and what it covers
Support covers getting the indicator onto your chart, what the settings do, what the layers mean, billing, and anything that is broken. It is given by email and by the contact form during European working hours, and is normally answered within a working day.
Support does not cover advice on what to trade, when to trade it, how much to risk, or whether a particular reading on your chart is a good idea. Those are the questions we are not qualified to answer and will not answer, however they are phrased.
Third parties
The service depends on companies we do not control: TradingView, our payment processor, our hosting and database providers. Their outages are not our doing, and their terms govern your relationship with them.
Where this site links somewhere else, the link is for convenience. We do not endorse what is there and are not responsible for it.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TradingView, beyond being an author who publishes a script on their platform under their rules.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of something you did — sharing or reselling your access, using the service unlawfully, breaching these terms, or infringing somebody's rights — you agree to cover the resulting losses, reasonable legal costs included.
This does not apply to anything caused by us, and as a consumer nothing in it limits rights you have that cannot be limited by agreement.
Experimental features
We sometimes ship something marked as new, experimental or in testing. Those parts may change, may behave unpredictably, and may be withdrawn. They are provided as they are, and the rest of these terms — particularly the sections on performance and liability — apply to them with extra force.
Anything experimental is labelled as such in the settings or the update notes. If it is not labelled, it is not experimental.
The service is provided as it is
DOL Matrix and this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind about them — express, implied or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
In particular we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of error, that defects will be corrected, that the indicator will read any particular market correctly, or that the data it draws on is accurate or complete.
The indicator depends on price data supplied by TradingView. Data can be delayed, gapped or revised after the fact, and a chart can differ from what your broker filled. We do not control that data and do not warrant it.
Nothing in this section removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement. If a digital service we sold you is faulty or not as described, your statutory remedies apply in full and we will honour them.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. As a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in this document.
Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of DOL Matrix or from a decision you took with it on your screen.
Subject to the same, our total liability to you for anything arising out of these terms is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not liable for the acts or failures of TradingView, of your broker, or of any other party we do not control.
Ending the agreement
You may end it at any time by cancelling. We may end it by giving reasonable notice and refunding the unused part of the period you have paid for.
We may end it immediately, without a refund, where we have established a breach of the acceptable use section — which in practice means sharing or reselling access.
When it ends, access to the invite-only script is withdrawn. Anything you saved on your own chart is yours and stays where it is.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect a change in the law, in the product, or in how the business is run. We will give at least fourteen days' notice by email before a material change takes effect.
If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect and we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
Notices and how we contact you
We contact you at the email address on your account. It is your responsibility to keep it current and to be able to receive mail at it — access instructions, renewal reminders, price-change notices and refund confirmations all go there.
You consent to receiving these communications electronically. Where the law requires something in writing, an email satisfies that requirement between us.
Service messages of this kind are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from while you hold an account. Anything that is marketing has an unsubscribe link and is only sent if you asked for it.
Things outside our control
We are not in breach of these terms, and not liable, where performance is prevented by something genuinely outside our reasonable control — an outage at TradingView or another provider, a failure of internet infrastructure, a change in law, an act of a public authority, industrial action, natural disaster or armed conflict.
Where such an event lasts long enough to make the subscription pointless, either of us may end it and we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
The rest of the agreement
These terms, together with the privacy policy and the refund policy, are the whole agreement between us about DOL Matrix, and replace anything said beforehand.
If a court finds any part of them unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest continues to apply.
If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business — on a sale of the business, for example — and will tell you if that happens. Your rights are unaffected. You may not transfer yours, because the subscription is personal to you.
Nobody who is not a party to these terms may enforce them.
If we disagree
Write to us first. Almost everything is settled by email within a day or two, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about one. Use the contact form or the address at the end of this page, and say what you want to happen.
If that does not resolve it, a consumer resident in Sweden may refer the dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), whose decision we will take part in and abide by. A consumer resident elsewhere in the EU may use the equivalent body in their own country.
Nothing here requires you to arbitrate, and nothing here waives your right to bring a claim in the courts of the country you live in. Any proceedings are between you and us individually; we do not ask you to give up any collective remedy the law of your country gives you.
Law, and how to complain
These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
If something goes wrong, contact us first — most matters are resolved by email within a day or two. A consumer resident in Sweden may refer an unresolved dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), and we will take part in that process.
How to reach us
Use the contact form on this site, or the email address in the block below. Pick the topic that fits and you will reach the right place faster.
We aim to answer within one working day. Access problems and refund requests go to the front of the queue. Complex questions may take longer, and we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
Anything we tell you through those channels is general information about the product, not legal, financial or tax advice.
